Cold Fire is PFAS/PFOA (Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) FREE. Cold Fire is approved by the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) as a substitute for Halon 1211. Cold Fire has been certified by the Instituto Del Fuego (Institute of Fire), a private Chilean testing laboratory under the Chilean NormDS44 for Class A, B, C and K fires. UL (Underwriters Laboratory) tested as a Wetting Agent for Class A & B fires.

Cold Fire is effective on Class A, B, D, and K fires, including those involving hydrocarbons, polar solvents, combustible metals, tires, and more.
Cold Fire cools 21 times faster than water. It effectively removes the heat and fuel sources from the fire tetrahedron (four sides of fire, [ heat, fuel, oxygen and disrupts the chain reaction of the previous components]), and significantly reducing the chance of re-ignition.
No special equipment is needed for the bulk application of Cold Fire. It can be added to fire engine apparatus, reservoirs, or inducted into fire hose lines.
Cold Fire is available in ready to use 13.5 oz. aerosol spray can or 32 oz. spray bottle. The aerosol can or spray bottle is useful for household fire defense and/or trade applications. Cold Fire Concentrate is available in 32 oz. bottles, 5-gallon pail, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon totes. Bulk applications are suitable for portable fire extinguishers, home portable fire suppression systems and closed loop/sprinkler systems.
